Findings include: 1. Random observations from 1/31/17 through 2/1/17 throughout the facility revealed: *There were four different brands and types of lifts in-use. -Arjo. -Invacare. -Medcare. -EZ lift. Interview on 2/1/17 at 1:00 p.m. with the maintenance supervisor and the administrator revealed they had not had any of the lifts on a preventative maintenance program.
