On 07/12/19 at 03:59 PM, the MDS Coordinator acknowledged the coding for diabetes had been placed under additional [DIAGNOSES REDACTED]. The MDS coordinator verified the orders for insulin and the antidepressant had been given as ordered by the physician and had not been coded in the Comprehensive MDS.
