On 12/4/18 at 7:28 a.m., the Food Service Director stated the dates on the containers of applesauce are the dates they were received not opened. The surveyor located the discard dates as indicated per instructions on the labels of applesauce, Refrigerate immediately once opened and use within 10 days. The surveyor confirmed with the Food Service Director that there was no open date to determine how long the applesauce jars had been opened. | 2020-09-01 |
