Based on observation and interview, the facility did not post the actual hours worked by nursing staff directly responsible for resident care per shift. Finding includes: The facility's staffing information was noted on a white, dry erase board in the hallway across from the nursing station. While the posting included the current date, census, as well as the number of registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nurse aides directly responsible for resident care per shift, it did not, however, include their actual number of hours worked, as required. |
